Patricia “Trish” Welday joined Faw Casson in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with her a deep well of leadership experience across both public and private sectors. A proud University of Delaware graduate, Trish earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Psychology and Sociology. Her professional journey into executive leadership began in earnest in 2018 when she became CEO of a local trade association. Prior to that, she spent more than two decades in strategic director and management roles. Trish is currently pursuing her SHRM-SCP certification, fitting for someone who has always been driven by the belief that empowering people is key to building exceptional organizations.

She has a natural ability to inspire trust and loyalty, combining big-picture thinking with clear, actionable vision. You won’t find her chasing prestige; Trish is about purpose. She’s a puzzle-solver in every sense, word puzzles, jigsaws, strategy games, or business planning, it’s all fair game. A devoted mom to three boys, Trish also carves out time for Bible study and her women’s group, finding both peace and strength in faith and community.
