"I love having the opportunity to take our client's challenges and hand them back solutions!"
An inherent problem solver, Lisa welcomes the challenges that clients bring to her. She takes the time to listen to them, and makes their problems her own, working strategically to develop effective solutions that exceed their expectations.
Lisa has stepped into leadership roles in many civic and professional organizations and enjoys putting her talents to work for their missions. She serves on the Board and Executive Committee of AGN International, North America Region. Locally, she is a member of the Greater Kent Committee, and is active on the Board of Pecometh Camp and Retreat Ministries. She is past Chair of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve as a member of its Legislative Committee.
Lisa joined Faw Casson in 1986, after graduating from the University of Delaware. She grew up near Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, where her family continues to farm, and she still lives near there today. She and her husband, Jennings, have two grown children and four grandchildren. Her favorite leisure activities are outdoors – gardening, at the beach, or Jeeping with Jennings and their two Chocolate Labs, Jake and Elwood.
