She also holds a Leadership Certificate from the Wharton School of Business, underscoring her commitment to continuous growth and excellence.
Dawn began her career in accounting in 1997 and went on to spend over 20 years in the banking industry, where she worked across every major facet of the field, including mortgages, personal finance, investments, commercial lending, and accounting. This comprehensive background allows her to understand both personal and commercial finance at a deep level. She is especially passionate about working with entrepreneurs, helping them not only manage their numbers, but truly understand their business journey from the original dream through growth and ultimately into retirement.
Beyond her professional work, Dawn is dedicated to service and community involvement. She volunteers regularly through her church and supports local charities each year. She is deeply passionate about giving others a voice and guiding people toward success on their own terms. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her husband; they are avid campers and travel to NASCAR races at least twice a year. A lifelong martial artist, she is proud to have earned a black belt in Kung Fu and to have competed in the World Wushu Championships in China. Dawn believes that life, and business, is not about the end game alone, but about enjoying and growing through every step along the way.
