“Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again.” - Walt Disney

Ashley Stewart, Senior Associate, joined Faw Casson in April 2025, bringing with her a strong foundation in accounting and a clear sense of purpose for where she wanted to grow. She began her career in 2020 after earning her Associate’s degree in Accounting from Delaware Tech Community College. From the start, Ashley was drawn to the profession for more than just the numbers. She saw accounting as a way to bring clarity to complexity and help businesses make smarter decisions. That mindset continues to shape the way she approaches her work every day.

Spend about five minutes around Ashley and you’ll understand why people describe her as both genuine and entertaining. It’s not an either/or situation, she’s both at the same time. She has a natural ability to connect with people, bringing an energy that makes even the most detail-heavy conversations feel approachable. Her positivity isn’t forced or over-the-top; it’s steady, real, and the kind that quietly lifts the people around her without making a big production out of it.

Underneath that easygoing personality is someone who takes her responsibilities seriously, because if Ashley says she’s going to do something, it’s getting done. She thrives on structure, fairness, and doing things the right way, which shows up in both her work and her relationships. She’s the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly without needing recognition for it.  There’s also a resilience to her that doesn’t get loud attention, but it’s there in how she shows up consistently, handles challenges, and keeps moving forward.

Outside of work, Ashley leans fully into the things that make her happy and she doesn’t overcomplicate it. You’ll find her spending time with her husband and dogs, getting outside for walks, or heading to the beach whenever she can. In the summer, things shift into a higher gear as she races boats with her dad, which is equal parts adrenaline and family tradition. And in what might be the least surprising plot twist, she proudly embraces being a Disney adult because if there’s a chance to go, she’s already packing.
